MUSIC PRINTED BY THE BROCKTORFF FAMILY

A recent Exhibition entitled 'In Harmony: 19th-century music printing in Malta' launched the Gaulitana Festival of Music 2025, curated by Joseph Calleja and Anna Borg Cardona.  It ran between 5 April and 4 May 2025 in the Cultural Centre tucked away on the right of the Cathedral in Gozo's beautiful Cittadella.

This Exhibition showcased sheet music printed locally by the Brocktorff family of artist lithographers, with exhibits belonging to the Anna Borg Cardona Collection. This Exhibition forms part of a larger ongoing project BROCKTORFF PROJECT - MUSIC PRINTING. Do visit the blog!
